Finish the Elven Mage quest near West Station: 3 Grimoires from Mimics, Hecate's Slayer Quest against The Deceiver, an enchanted Magical Vessel, the Mirror Demon's Ancient Grimoire, then use the Mage's Staff on Standless.
How do you use The Last Great Mage?
