Ascension is the long-term reset for one ability. The figures below come from the documented ascension reference dated October 12, 2026, which cites the game's ascension card. That card did not open as a readable page here, so confirm the Ability menu before you spend the coins.
The reset
- Level the equipped ability to 200.
- Hold at least 1,000,000 UCoins.
- Open the menu with M or the bottom-left menu button.
- Open the Ability tab. The Ascensions bar is described at the top right of that UI.
- Confirm the reset. The ability returns to level 0 and its ascension rank goes up.
The same reference says the reset does not remove unlocked moves, subpowers, the equipped trait, or mastery progress.
EXP gain from the rank is described as +2.5% per rank, stacking to a maximum of 3x EXP at rank 80. That bonus is described as permanent for the rank and able to stack with other EXP bonuses, including the 15% Premium multiplier from the Roblox description.
Trait pools in that writeup
| Rank | What it says opens | Pity it names |
|---|---|---|
| 1 to 4 | Common, Uncommon, and Epic | Epic pity at 60 |
| 5 to 9 | Legendary added | Legendary pity at 80 |
| 10 and above | Mythic becomes possible | Mythic pity at 100 |
It also says a high-rarity roll outside pity cuts the counter: a Legendary cuts it by 50, and a Mythic cuts it by 100.
An older trait writeup describes a different ladder: under ascension 5, pity caps at 60 and guarantees an Epic; after the 5th ascension, pity extends to 80 with a 50% Epic or 50% Legendary result. Those two ladders are not the same. Use the trait interface you see in game, and do not average them into a third set of numbers.
That older writeup also says bonus stats on a trait are random, and a Stat Reroller costs 100,000 UShards, or 100 UPoints if the ability has 10 or more ascensions. Treat that price as older documentation.
Why rank 2 matters right now
HEIGHTOFMAGIC paid 10 Trait Rerolls and asked for 2 ascensions on the ability, then a talk with the trait reroll NPC. Its reported end date was October 12, 2026, so the code itself is in the expired list. The ascension requirement is still the useful part: reroll rewards can be useless until the ability has the rank the code asked for.
A reported farm, not a drop-rate promise
The same ascension writeup describes a Fractured Realm route as a community-reported level path. It says you get a key card from a lab technician by giving a Camellite fragment from Camellite Meteors, then research the Enhanced Protection engram so you last longer in the green zone. The expired code OpenTheDOOOR was described as 1 Camellite fragment used to open the lab door. That does not mean the code still works. It does mean Camellite is a named key item for that lab.
The writeup's cliff path, pulling enemies to a ledge so they path home and stand still, is a player-reported tactic. It is not an official rate, and this site does not assign an EXP number to it.
